Four Years Running…
SMPS Atlanta is Nationally Recognized

SMPS Atlanta continues to prove its success with placement in three award categories at the association’s national conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. President, Beth Harris, accepted the following honors on behalf of the chapter:

• Outstanding Newsletter
• Outstanding Educational Program
• Outstanding Special Event

These honors are given each year to the chapters that best exemplify excellence in chapter management. With over 200 members, the Atlanta Chapter continues to host quality educational programs to benefi t its members and the community, while maintaining the financial health of the organization.

SMPS Atlanta was also recognized nationally for their Pay it Forward program in the SMPS Chapter Leaders’ Update publication. Pay it Forward was established to provide assistance to SMPS Atlanta members, other SMPS chapters, as well as SMPS National.
