Join a fast-growing and successful firm and help lead us to new heights.  Energy Ace, the top sustainability consulting firm in Atlanta, is seeking a Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for proposal production and proposal materials, collateral marketing materials, and development of presentations.  S/he will work with the Marketing Coordinator to develop a marketing/business plan; prepare and monitor marketing budgets; manage and develop marketing staff and resources; oversee Energy Ace’s branding consistency; orchestrate the firm's promotional and positioning activities from concept to execution (e.g., PR, direct mail, conferences/trade shows, Energy Ace 's website); provide proposal and presentation strategy; and provide support for the firm's business development activities, developing and maintaining our CRM.  Must be a great team player.

Qualified candidates will posses bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or similar field and have 5-10 years of related experience.  Candidate should have experience crafting and implementing marketing plans, experience leading and developing a marketing group, and superior communication and organizational development skills.  Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus.
