Overview
The Marketing Coordinator provides primary support to the BD/Marketing Director in all department functions including marketing, business development and public relations. The nature of this relationship is always one of communication yet the level of communication may vary depending on task, time and individual skill level. The individual should be a team player who appreciates collaboration, yet possess ability to take ownership including self-motivation to seek the best for the marketing department and firm. Ideas and forward thinking are valuable assets, which need to be balanced with essential administrative tasks, support functions and required tasks.
Job Description
Position will support business development activities and is responsible for the coordination and production of all aspects of marketing process including writing, graphic design, information management for proposals, presentations, mailers and brochures.

BD/Marketing Director
Salary Range
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing or Business architectural/built environment experience,
- strong writing/proofreading skills experience for producing proposals and brochures
- should enjoy a variety of tasks and can multi-task
- is organized can function as a both a team player and self-manage
- illustrated flexibility in task management
- have an understanding/experience with public relations activities including press releases and mailers
- nominal graphic design skills/experience.
Software Expertise
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
