Don't know where to start? It begins with the Marketing Plan.  The Marketing Plan provides your firm guidance to navigate through the marketplace, competition, potential clients and even to understand your own firm.  Learn the importance of the marketing budget and how to set one up.  Understand the elements of strategic plans, marketing plans, and business plans.  Determine who you should work with to develop a marketing plan and what it should identify.  Join us for this Boot Camp session, lead by SMPS Executive Advisory Panel member Bruce Lea and help invigorate and direct your marketing efforts.
