The Promotional Activity domain includes advertising, trade shows, events, public relations and awards.  In this boot camp, Judy Sparks, President of Smartegies, LLC, will take you through the importance of aligning your firm's promotional activities with your strategic marketing plan and how to utilize these activities to maximize your firm's marketing ROI.  She will discuss methodologies for developing and maintaining a strong brand identity as well as planning, implementing and measuring your firm's promotional activities. Bob Mullen, PR Specialist at Smartegies, LLC, will join Judy in discussing tips on creating a high-impact public relations campaign.

Judy Sparks, President of Smartegies, LLC brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, brand management, business development and marketing for the design and construction industry. 

Prior to forming Smartegies, Judy spent her career working in various marketing and business development capacities for architectural, engineering and construction companies.  Judy's most recent position was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for an international design/build company where she was responsible for the development and management of the company's global brand, strategic marketing and communications plan, as well as, management of the firm's strategic sales efforts for five main business lines: government/criminal justice, k-12 education, higher education, food and beverage and retail distribution.  In this role, she oversaw the efforts of a 22-person sales and marketing team, including marketing coordinators, technical writers, graphic designers and business development professionals.
