The Organizational Structure domain includes information, resource, and organizational management. In this boot camp, Sarah Mackley, a Deltek Vision consultant, will focus on database management and organizational development to help you and your firm achieve efficiency with the utlization of technology. She will discuss best practices, utlizing workflows and integration, as well as demonstrating tips and tricks with Deltek Vision.

Ms. Sarah Mackley is a recognized results-driven marketing professional with more than ten years of marketing experience, Sarah has a demonstrated ability to streamline operations and increase productivity. Throughout her career she has provided marketing guidance to architectural, engineering, surveying, and contracting firms and is a graduate of Truman State University in Missouri. She was recruited by an Atlanta based A/E firm, in 2004, to standardize and rebrand the company and streamlined the proposal process. Due to her service and success at the firm she received the Quality Control/Quality Assurance Award in 2005 and in 2006 she was named Employee of the Year. In her current position at Innovative Solutions Group, Ltd. (ISG), she oversees marketing for the company, as well as provides consulting services to clients on Deltek Vision's CRM and Proposal database.
Sarah is also the Director of Communications for the Atlanta Chapter of Society for Marketing Professional Services. In 2006, she took on the task of standardizing and redesigning the brand and corporate image of the organization, as well as providing content to the newsletter. She designed and assisted with the development of the chapter's new website in 2006, which received 1st place in 2006 and 2007 at the National SMPS Conference. For her contributions to the Chapter, she received the Pacesetter Award in 2007.
