Betty Hearn, FSMPS is owner of Projects in Print Inc., a Research and Leads Firm for the AEC-D/B Industry and Hearn Associates, a consulting firm. Projects in Print has successfully served our industry in the Southeast for two decades. Betty’s 25 year career in Marketing and Business Development has taught her the explicit value of knowledge thru research.
Betty has been an active member of SMPS during her 25 year career. She has served on the SMPS Atlanta Board 1986-1991, 2004-2005 including the office of President. She served as SMPS National President in 1992 and on the National Board from 1992-1996, holding an SMPS Distinguished Life Membership. Betty was published in two Editions of The Marketing Handbook for SMPS along with many articles in The Marketer. She is a frequent guest speaker on many topics that relate to Marketing and Business Development. Betty was a founding member of The Design Build Institute of America – SE Chapter and serving on the Board and as President. She presently is DBIA-SE National Education Director.
