Bob Cloyd
Bob Cloyd is a speaker + trainer + coach working in the A/E/C industry to strengthen skills and to build competencies in individuals and teams so that they can be effective and efficient in all that they do. Through speaking to groups, training teams, and individual coaching assignments, Bob educates on the fundamentals of creating and maintaining relationships in the workplace to help others reach their full potential.
With over 28 years of experience in the Commercial Building industry, Bob has managed over 550 million dollars worth of projects, with a range of small interior projects to high rise office towers to the management and renovation of an entire island in the Bahamas. After graduating from The Citadel with a degree in Civil Engineer, Bob’s career began as project manager for The Paragon Group for 12 years, and includes 6 years as a Vice President for Skanska USA. Before venturing into coaching and speaking, Bob worked as Project Executive for DPR Construction, Inc.
In addition to his coaching, Bob serves as the Regional Director of Hope Ignited, a faith-based organization that works to bring light and to hopeless and economically destitute people of third world countries by partnering with local churches in through short-term, high impact, mission trips that have long lasting results.
