SMPS’ Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) is recognized as an individual who has met a rigorous standard of experience and expertise in marketing professional services and who agrees to adhere to the ethics and responsibilities of the profession as outlined in the CPSM Code of Ethics.

Julie Trowbridge, CPSM, is a Senior Inside Sales Coordinator at Jacobs, a full service engineering and architectural firm. Julie earned her “Certified Professional Services Marketer” designation from the Society for Marketing Professional Services in July 2008.

The suggested reading list is quite long.
At a minimum please be sure to purchase/study the “Marketing Handbook”, Third Edition, Publication Number 9781598695885. As you have additional time and funds, you would benefit from the “A/E/C Marketing Fundamentals”, and “PlanIt.”
After Domain 1, the reading is extensive. So be sure to order your books in time so you won’t have to try to play catch-up.

When?
Depending on the interest of study group participants, we will meet after work. Sessions will be kept at 1 hour. Conference call options are available. We are punctual!!
